By accessing and using PulseOpz ("the Service"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

PulseOpz is a SaaS platform that provides job tracking, client updates, and automated progress reporting. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free Trial

PulseOpz offers a 3-month free trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically be charged for the subscription plan you selected, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Subscription and Billing

By subscribing to PulseOpz, you agree to pay the subscription fees as described. Fees are non-refundable. We may change the fees upon notice to you.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content and materials available through the Service are the property of PulseOpz or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseOpz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
