Refund Policy

14-day full refund guarantee

All PulseOpz purchases made through our web checkout are eligible for a full refund when requested within 14 calendar days of the payment date, for any reason and with no exceptions. This includes initial subscription payments, payments after a free trial, and subscription renewals, on every plan and billing cycle.

You do not need to provide a reason. Accessing or using the Service, or the amount you have used it, does not affect your eligibility. The date you submit your request determines whether it is within the 14-day period; processing time does not affect your eligibility.

How to request a refund

Paddle is our Merchant of Record and processes refunds for web checkout purchases. To request a refund, visit Paddle buyer support or use the support link in your Paddle purchase receipt. You can also email us at dynamitetechdeals@gmail.com so we can help arrange your refund with Paddle.

Include the email address used for your purchase and, if available, your transaction or receipt reference so your payment can be located. Refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time using the subscription management link in your Paddle confirmation email or by contacting Paddle buyer support. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. To receive a refund for a payment already made, submit a refund request as described above. Cancelling does not affect your 14-day refund guarantee.

Requests after 14 days and your rights

If more than 14 days have passed, you can still contact us or Paddle about a billing or service issue. Any refund rights provided by applicable law or the Paddle Buyer Terms continue to apply. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including any right to a longer refund period.
